The Art of Dying Slowly But Surely
Depression is not a choice
People think depression is a choice
Think again, think!

Waking up with no emotional strength to face people
Existing but not living, time just passing by with no reason
Feeling so alone even when surrounded by people
Hiding your true feelings because your mind convinces you that nobody cares.
Losing friends because you can’t physically force a “happy”
Living only for acceptance and never choosing yourself
Cowering in constant fear of being hurt or judged by others
Having high expectations for self; defiance and other challenging behaviors.
Nobody would wish that upon themselves!
Depression is not a choice.
Depression is an illness.
